How it works

  1. Choose the callShortlist topics and record the one you’re applying to. Paste the topic text and the assistant fills in the deadline, budget and expected outcomes.
  2. Build it with your partnersInvite each partner by email. Everyone edits the consortium, work plan, budget and Part B together and sees changes live.
  3. Submit, then run the projectCheck eligibility, page limits and compliance, export Part B to Word, and after funding track deliverables, reports and payments.

Everything a proposal and a funded project need

Call selection

Shortlist candidate topics, score their fit, and record the chosen call’s outcomes, scope, budget and deadline — or paste the topic text and let the AI assistant fill the fields.

Consortium & eligibility

Partners, PICs, roles and Gender Equality Plans, with live checks against the three-country rule and the current list of associated countries, including Pillar II-only associations.

Work plan & Gantt

Work packages, tasks, deliverables and milestones with a person-month matrix and a timeline that redraws as you edit.

Budget calculator

Personnel from person-months, the 25% indirect rate, 70% and 100% funding rates by action and entity type, lump-sum work-package costs, and CSV export.

Part B drafting

The official RIA/IA, CSA and Stage-1 structures with page budgets per section, evaluator-style self-scoring, AI drafting from your own project data, and Word export with Tables 3.1a–3.1h.

Live funding calls

Every open and forthcoming Horizon Europe topic, updated from the EU portal several times a day. Filter by cluster and type of action, start a proposal from a call in one click, and get emailed when new matching topics appear or your call’s deadline changes.

Write in parallel

Give every section and form an owner, status and due date. Partners write their parts at the same time, comment, and see each other’s changes live.

Meetings & minutes

Schedule across time zones with a working-hours view for every partner, keep agendas, record decisions and actions, and send minutes in one click.

Compliance & submission

Ethics, open science, data management and research-security checks, plus a 29-item submission readiness checklist.

Grant & reporting

Grant agreement preparation, reporting periods and due dates, deliverable tracking, payments, amendments and email reminders.

Built for consortia, priced for the coordinator

Questions

Do my partners need to pay?

No. Only the organisation that owns the project needs a plan. Invited partners use the project free.

Is this an official European Commission tool?

No. It is an independent planning workspace. You still submit through the Funding & Tenders Portal using the official templates, and the topic page always takes precedence.

Can I export my proposal?

Yes. Export Part B with the implementation tables and the Part A data sheet to Word, the budget to an Excel workbook with formulas (paid plans), the outline to Markdown, the budget to CSV, minutes to Markdown, and the whole project as a JSON backup.

How does the AI drafting work?

It writes or improves a Part B section using only the call, consortium and work plan saved in your project, and marks missing facts as placeholders. You review and edit everything.

What happens when a trial or subscription ends?

The organisation moves to the Free plan. Projects are never deleted; extra projects can be archived and restored later.
